How did you first hear about us?

I first met Emma through another business I was part of, The Wedding Reporter. I attended her wedding and wrote a beautiful account of the day! We've stayed in touch ever since so she was the first person I thought of when I needed help in my current business.

How did you feel about outsourcing your admin?

Nervous but excited. I knew it would make a huge difference.

Was there a specific event or situation that prompted you to outsource?

Not that I can remember. More a general feeling of overwhelm!

What were the biggest challenges you were facing that meant you needed to make some changes in your business?

I wanted to add other services and build up the education side of my business by offering workshops. I couldn't cope with the extra admin this would generate.

What has been the biggest positive outcoming from using our services?

Emma played a key role in my ability to deliver workshops. Pre-Covid I was running these in person, but during the pandemic things shifted online. She made sure things went smoothly and managed all the extra admin around these services. When I'm not launching or delivering workshops, she helps me keep on top of writing and sharing my own content. I don't think I'd be as consistent without her! I love knowing I have her on my team if I want to try new things in the future.
